Download and install the support agent to allow our team to assist you remotely.

Download the appropriate version for your system.
Run the downloaded file. Click "Install" to permanently install the agent as a background service — it will start automatically when the computer restarts. Click "Connect" for a one-time session that ends when the application is closed or the computer is restarted.
The agent will connect automatically — no further action needed.
