The call center application is intended for chain restaurants that use a call center to accept orders at a single location. A partial list of features includes:

  • The call center application supports both a local SQL Server instance or SQL Azure database
  • Direct database connection with VPN or IP for best performance
  • Unlimited number of stores, each with a unique menu
  • Unlimited number of phone lines with Ethernet Caller ID
  • Each store's menu, order types and delivery charges are synchronized with the call center database within seconds
  • Each store's menu, order types, surcharges, tax rates and delivery charges are accessible from a single user interface
  • Each store's hours of operation can alert the call center operator that the store is currently closed and optionally shedule the order for a future date/time
  • Orders are received automatically, with automatic prep ticket printing (and/or kitchen display system) and optional automatic customer receipt printing
  • Orders can be recalled and modified at the call center with instant updates and notifications at the pos
  • The call center database contains a complete customer listing for all stores
  • Single-click reorder available for repeat customers
  • Automatic SMS and Email alerts for orders that have not been received at the pos within a predefined threshold
  • Manual phone number entry for blocked numbers
