Amigo Pos 7

Before starting installation, make a note of any required system settings that may be required including remote print server IP addresses, local COM port numbers and the location of the shared database folder (when Amigo Pos 7 has been previously installed on another pos station on the network). Note that the same version of Amigo Pos 7 must be installed on all pos stations. When performing an update, install the update on all pos stations, including the back office server.

 

Amigo Pos 7installation can be installed on any machine that meets the minimum system requirements.
The full version can be installed without uninstalling the evaluation version and will continue to use the same database and all local settings stored in the system registry.
After installation is complete, install any devices as described in other sections of this file, testing each device after installation to ensure that all settings are correct.
