Fixed error that prevents drivers from showing up on the manager screen driver deposit selection list.

Added a section to list the transactions summary for settled orders that belong to each server.

Added Cashier parameter that will print the cashier name in addition to the server name. Yes/No settings: SignatureSlipPrintCashierName
